Doctor Are You Really a Specialist??, did you really pass your exam? ur u born with golden egg?

Need to start with a long story..

Since Nov 2014 until May 2015 if my count correctly I have spend almost 45 days in the 3 different Hospital and I have visited 5 different clinic, which the frequencies such like 2 days once or 135day.

November I have problem, i can't barely stand, to wake up from bed its like my ass stuck and my body felt so pain. therefore we went to 1 KPJ hospital in Shah Alam, hold me for 15 days (oops before that the doctor ask, how much my insurance limit, was lucky 2014 that is the first time). The give pain killer, my pain killer is quite strong and it can be dependent if you use it, and can cause your respiratory distress. Being using that since last 10 years, started by a Gynea while I was having severe migraine (lost 1 eye sight, photo phobia and numbness).  There (KPJ) they did do MRI just its a bit weird when you do it part by part.. and at the end after 15 days they says,.... taraaaa... EVERYTHING LOOK GOOD, WE ARE NOT SURE WHY YOU HAVING PAIN. 

Then,, due too been drug for 15 days every 4 hours... I have to send my self to UMSC (why I did not go there at 1st place.. all Dr that have access to medicine was attending conference). to do detoxing and they refer to the record the UMSC DRs also says they could not find anything wrong. 5 days wasted. after 2 days discharge, neighbour told me there is new clinic just open KLINIK METRO and the doctor are ortho consultant. I went there, 10 minute explain all to him the DR Gunalan. 15 minute Xray... jeng jeng jeng 

Dr Gunalan : how did you come here

Me : Driving

Dr Gunalan : you surely in pain 

my eyes open and feel really happy coz at last someone understand

DR GUnalan: From your X ray, you have Osteoarthritis ( the reason I can't stand) and your coccyx (tail bone ) fractured L shape.. 

OH yes.. why 15 days with 3 MRI 2 X ray KPJ Selangor cannot detect

The trouble I have to go thru, even confirm by him how ever his clinic NOT AN AIA clinic

therefore had to rush to clinic at my house, get a letter and went to see Ortho, 

2nd day they need to inject the Gel into my both knee.. and the fractured bone only need to do Xray as its very troublesome to do surgery.  And the best, after injecting me, The Orthopedic Surgeon ask me, did you bring you Xray from the clinic and have you done the Xray??

QUESTION & ANSWER : how does he know the dose...Ohhh He is specialist...
